Drake didn't run into him that night. They had no idea who he was or where he was at they just started in the town that he was last seen selling food. Drake ran into him the next day and Sanji fled. There was no fight.

Page one was the one who ran into him and actually had a fight with him. Page one even thought he had killer Sanji, which was wrong.

Wasn't Jack referred to once as Kaido's righthand? I think that's implying each Calamity holds equal authority, just that they govern their own division. So if Queen dies, someone within his camp replaces him. That's what I think.

It's just the way Queen referenced it. He said it after the Tobi Roppo, and since he did kind of go in strength order, it implies they are.

But, who knows, they could be their own special group of monsters that range in strength. If it goes from 2-10, 10 could be near Jack level while 2 could be weaker than Tobi Roppo. Idk
