The cap is you comparing a 17 year age difference to a 35 year gap.

Again cap. Not one example of someone decades older than someone being that persons rival in this series. It does not happen.

Shanks is not decades older than mihawk.

Garp whitebeard sengoku and rodger are not decades older than the other.

Kaido bigmom are not decades older than each other.
