Current Events After the announcment of the alliance between Kaido and BM who else will join Luffy's alliance?

In the last Chapter BM and Kaido announced their alliance and that they are both there at the fire festival , which is the time when the Luffy and Co. will strike.
Kaido and his army was already too much . and we should not forget that Marines and the CP-0 might go after Luffy as well , even if it was short after the battle but Luffy and Co. will win but they would be heavily injured. and might even lose many forced during the battle.
I know Luffy and his crew will grow very strong but still Kaido has so many forces and now he has BM and for sure her crew who are in the ship by his side . so Luffy will need many strong people who buy time for him when his Haki depletes because of G4.
so who you expect to join the battle and help the alliance?

Jinbe and his old crew , that seems to be 100% matter, but why he is not there yet? We know that Jinbe is a receptive and a shrewd guy and I think he will search for more allies he and his crew are fishmen and he has the ability to use sharks to travel so he could use them to search for more allies. after all he knows that BM is in Wano as well.

Germa ? since they were part of the reason why BM is after the strawhats , and Judge seemed to be proud and wanted to help and he should still in the new world.

the strawhat grand fleet , if not now when then? , their leader is up against two yonkous at the same time.
Marco for sure said that he will not join but he was afraid about Luffy when he heard that he was going after Kaido , then he will be more worried when he knows that BM joined Kaido's side.
some of the WB commanders? they respect their late captain (father) and knew that WB respected Luffy and wanted them to help at that time , so they might wants to help as well.
Sabo and some of the Revos especially if the Marines or CP-0 goes after Luffy.

more forces might have been necessary at the beginning but now , they are necessary.

Luffy for sure has already about 5000 allies in Wano but please 99% are fodders and they will only serve against Kaido foots soldiers. or they might be all taken in instant by CoC user .

strong people are needed people who will not be able to take on the strong ones.

No one will. Grand fleet doesn't know what is going on, at least they don't know yet. Jimbe is technically is part of the current alliance since he is already a member of the Straw Hats. Marco said he wasn't coming he ain't coming there is no reason for him to go the same with any other WB commander and even more if Marco is not going. Sabo and Revos are busy at the Reverie where two admirals are present. Germa will probably not appear in this arc to quick for them to appear again.

My guess is probably Marines will arrive at some point with one or two admirals and a bunch of vice admirals, plus CP-0, not to allied to Luffy but enemies of everybody but for obvious reason, they will focus on Kaido and Big Mom more. Is possible that Black Beard makes a move to WCI or in Wano as well. That put the Big Mom and Kaido alliance on a uncomfortable spot and have to spread their forces in too many different fronts. One or two admirals should be enough to keep distracted a Yonko and maybe some Commanders. Add BB to the equation and there is no more a definitive winner.

Luffy is considered to be a higher threat by the WG , really they wants to kill him the most since he is a D , and if the CP-0 or even Akainu it will be Luffy . and the reverie has already ended and Sabo wasn't part of the Reverie anyway the revos just wanted to free Kuma if they succeed they will retreat . there is no way they will fight 2 Admirals and the CP-0 the whole time , especially that Dragon and Ivankov are not there .

they escaped for sure otherwise that would have been mentioned in the newspaper , if they really was captured BM would have used them to lure Luffy back , she will not be going after him.

Hawkins and Drake are certainely not going to join the alliance if they know that BM and her crew are with Kaido, the only way I can see them join is if BM and her crew are separated from the Beast Pirates by another party such as the marines or BB or if they betray the Beast Pirates.

Drake if he is the one scheming things and freed Luffy.
Hawkins tho practically should back out more given the chnaces are even less nw. Bt i think he already considering joining, regardless of %winning chnaces.

Jinbei imo will definitely come. Whether he had escaped(will bring some help) or is already in wano captive in BMPs ship, he could get freed by some incident.

About Germa i am unsure, they can come n they not, tho given we already saw good amount of em in WCI, wouldn't expct em here in Wano tbh.

Marco imo won't come bt yes wouldn't be surprised if he does.

SH GF, wouldn't come. We don't need numbers anymore 3500 is good enough imo, we need quality fighters. So SHGF won't do much good in Wano.

I won't want Revo to come, they tho can come in the final eps to save SHs from Marines bt i wnat the Alliance to beat Kaidou on their own.

Luffy is top-ish priority by Imu standards for what we saw and so far the only people thinking this way is well Imu and the gorosei, believe me the marines/akainu will not get out of their way for Luffy when they have two Yonko making an alliance... Revo went to declare war on the world government not to start fighting right then and there, they went to make a statement/declaration of war, Kuma was just a side mission, they only left two people back at the base. Dragon and iva definitely will make an appearance at reverie or are doing something else not related to luffy. I am guessing Reverie hasn't ended because Bege can't cross the grand line due to the on-going reverie...

I think there’s a pretty good chance Marco will show up, especially since he fits with the Momotaro theory. At the least, I don’t think he was reintroduced only to refuse. The emphasis on numbers in 955 seems to hint at the grand fleet arriving.

Well it depends on what was decided during the reverie , knowing Jinbe he could gather people like Hancock and Co very fast . Jinbe is not cut from the outside world and he knows for sure that BM and Kaido are going after Luffy . to be honest I Think Jinbe is going to gather many people he already shown that he can act alone when he decided that Luffy should make alliance with Capone .
Jinbe knows Hancock , Crocodile and the WB pirates and he has the abilities to gather them all using his sharks and his fishman crew.
and who knows he could convince the Germa as well.
and now it is even confirmed that Franky said 100000 , well there is no doubt many of the outside world are coing to help Luffy what about Shirahushi and her see kings ?
