Use this thread to spit all your headcannon thoughts about Elbaf

I will leave the first here, the only way to Elbaf to happen is with Vegapunk's death. He already has all the knowledge of the books there as long he is alive there is no reason to go there and discover anything else.

If Vegapunk's die before sharing his knowledge with Strawhats then we have a reason to go to Elbaf. Besides that forget Elbaf as an arc.

Hope so. Elbaf is probably where Usopp might achieve his dream of becoming a brave warrior of the sea. But I can't really trust Oda when it comes to delivering so Imma keep my expectations low for now.

Cross Guild will be last imo. They’ve had the most build up.

I wonder how long elbaf will be. I doubt we will be on egghead for very long. Probably by the summer it should be over since the only plotlines are loreflashbacks, vegapunk knowledge, and assassination, with minor marines helping koby sub plot.

Sorry to say but the second Elbaf became a part of the final Saga any remote chance of it being Usopps time to shine died with it. He will, at BEST, help Luffy convince the giants to help in the final war with a heartfelt speech at the end. He is never gonna become strong OR important. Legit the people that drew that fanart of Ussop wielding Mjnor or Uranus are inhaling pure, unfiltered copium the likes of which I have never witnessed.

Like I do not know if it was just a god Usopp meme or if some motherfuckers actually thought Usoop would get an ancient weapon in the infamous fanart that gets posted half the time Elbaf gets mentioned, but if ANYBODY legit thinks Oda would ever give Usopp that level of importance they are nuts. His last even vaguely hype moment was arguably when he beat Sugar. More than a decade ago might I add.

I sooner believe Crocodile is actually Luffy's mom than even entertaining the idea of Oda giving Usopp an ancient weapon.
