This arc is pretty good and funny but it's also something similar like Zou arc, so it's expected that there's less action for powerscalers. After all, it's more lore and information dump.
At best we'll get something with Lucci and Co but we have to wait for a few more chapters till they get their asses beaten.

There are parts of this arc I am enjoying but I can understand why people feel underwhelmed or and fed up too.

Oda cutting away from Law vs BB hasn't helped at all, another Sabo "death" and Imu nuking an island out of existence without explanation and just carrying on the story like it never happened ironically, I mean aren't the Revs worried about what happened to Sabo atm? Why communications have cut off suddenly and what he was saying about the not so empty throne and Imu?

Also splitting up and sidelining the SHs hasn't helped either plus adding more characters, that feel mostly pointless yet again too honestly.

I'm just dreading on how Oda is gonna handle this group of CP0 and if he's gonna clown these certain 2 well loved characters like many others he has done lately now too.

I love Egghead's design/theme and thus the concept of it. The clones are a great concept too but Oda isn't doing much with them so far and with main/original Vegapunk now in the picture, they feel even less relevant/important. Would have loved to see more of their individual personalities and how they embody their different associated aspects but I might be asking for too much I guess? Lilith really makes me curious especially with her "Evil" designation too. Plus being named Lilith specifically of all things.

I wish Oda would actually get on with explaining DFs too already, I'm so desperate to know, especially with the renowed DF expert/experimenter himself in the show now FINALLY!:

I doubt there’s drawn out fights, probably a few clashes but the conflict of this arc is clearly Law vs BB

I will be surprised if the SHs are still on egghead 10 chapters from now

We either see the conclusion of BB vs King Law or it's going to be on the newspapers, that will probably happen when the Strawhats are done with Egghead.

Tbh in Zou we had Jack appearing, the Minks, Bege one shotting Pekoms out of nowhere, Raizo is safe, Ponegylph info and it was only a 20 chapter arc

In here we have Bonney/Kuma, Sword, Vegapunk and CP0, the latter not having the same presence that Jack had for obvious reasons

So the entire enjoyment of this arc depends on whether or not you are enjoying Vegapunk and Kuma lore

Then you believe chapter 1022 is the best-ever chapter of one piece given it had 1500 pages of discussion or one piece is the best-ever manga given its sales? And other mangas are not 'better' than one piece given they hardly generate 1/10th of discussions even One piece's 'mid' chapter generates.

Now, don't bring a 'this is one piece' forum excuse because the bunch trashes one piece as if their life depends on it contributes most of the discussions and they are the same bunch who reads other mangas.

Either accept your hypocrisy that 'numbers matter as per your convenience' or accept that 'numbers are not everything.'

Regardless of page count or whatever, this chapter seems like an extra dose of mid compared to other chapters lmao.
Only good parts for me was Lucci's, can't wait to see what he's got in his bag now.

Also, would Vegapunk's Punk Records be used to spread the infos of Void Century throughout the world eventually ? Because somehow the world needs to see the WG for the evil they are no ?

This chapter, Vegapunk has a dream of creating an unlimited knowledge base that all humans can access and contribute to (One Piece Wikipedia), but this is far from the first time Oda has expressed socialist sentiments. You have themes like:

-Ending racism
-Ending hierarchy
-Ending discrimination
-Uniting the whole world
-Eating the rich (world nobles)
-Luffy creating a world where no one starves

These are all great and inherently left wing ideals. Is Oda actually a communist?
