Everytime i read that fight, i can't help but think about it. A simple punch covered with ACoC would have been enough to kill law.

Yeah, it was confirmed that BM coats her body with a tremendous amount of invisible haki. This is why Law was never able to teleport her.

So I'm guessing Big Mom naturally has some amount of ACoC in her attacks, even if it isn't visible.

That makes sense honestly, as she was able to temporarily KO Queen with seemingly her strength alone.
