It's clear that Oden's will/desire to kill Kaido was so strong that part of his essence remind in his blades. These statements are completely baseless. Again, if Kizaru doesn't have FS and if he ends up fighting Luffy and keeping up with him, how do you suppose this logic holds?

There's no way you actually believe zoro and fs luffy or katakuri and king have similar reaction time

It means kizaru is extremely fast likely being the fastest character in verse. With enough speed you can tag anyone even someone with fs. Characters without fs are still going to struggle significantly more

And just because kizaru can fight and tag characters doesn't mean marco can
