Y'all realize. If Zoro is the first one to encounter Kizaru...he's going to get hype tooled.
Imo, it makes a lot of sense for Luffy to beat Kizaru this arc. In sabaody, Luffy and the SHs had to run from Kizaru because they were incapable of fighting him. Now things are different and Luffy can fight Kizaru, so they no longer have any reason to run. imo, the SHs are going to hold their ground this time.
Kizaru comes, probably with a few of his own subordinates.

Bro, are you even reading? No one said they're comparable. I only said you don't need to be a top-tier to hold off a top-tier. Even Luffy in this chapter used his best mode to get rid of fodder. No admiral does that against weaker characters, so they get stalled.

As I said, there is a reason why Oda can't have Zoro fight a straight challenge because a regular non-top-tier wouldn't serve to improve him.

I still never got why Law was running away from fodder-ass Page One. Or why Sanji thought that somehow using a Germa suit would disguise the fact that he was Vinsmoke Sanji.
