Zoro in his own words said that he cannot lose to any Kenshi and he wants to become the World's Strongest Kenshi.

Meaning the Daikengou, Kengou retardation that you've used for so long is irrelevant. Because in Zoro's eyes becoming the Strongest Kenshi is how he interprets becoming the Greatest Daikengou.
