Skills and Haki are the same at this point.. And if Vista does not need AdCoC to become Grandmaster then Zoro as well
so he doesn't have it too..

But Zoro isnt after being a grandmaster, he is after being the strongest.
And since Shanks has aCoC and it isnt enough to be the strongest, aCoC for Zoro was just a stepping stone.
aCoC is rookie stuff, Zoro is going after something way up on the scale, something Shanks doesnt have.

Zoro and Shanks have the same swordsman rank but Shanks is stronger than Zoro..
