- King can apparently use Kaido's name on a whim
- Tobi roppo are composed of ex-pirate captains who are aiming for All-Stars positions

The first shows the lvl of trust Kaido must have of King if he allows him to use his name without complain

The second in continuation of the previous chapter display the ego Tobi roppo members have, with the challenge being necessary to upgrade in rank

It's in continuation with Kaido's hype to have gathered his crew through sheer strength as well and since guys like Hawkins didn't really fight Kaido/Tobi roppo/all stars for a position, it could also explain why the ranking system doesn't work on him

But even Jack the Calamity (who > any Flying Six individually), who acted like no compromize bastard in Zou, acted like a total good boy in front of these two.
Probably Jack has witnessed the real strength of King and Queen himself and began to respect them, while those Flying Clowns haven't seen the real strength of King / Queen so acted like no respect punks.

Stop using different YONKO Commanders bounties to scale their pL. Only if they are in the same crew.

WG doesnt know the real value and strength of each commander. Oda already said it

That is why Oda hypes skills and strength more than dangerousity if the commander is really powerful
