Personalities.

People's personalities are different so they respond differently to the same thing.

Mont D'or in WCI thought his ambush could take out Pirate king Roger himself. If you were to ask Big mom whether this ambush would work she'd be way more nervous about it working than Mont D'or. Even though shes like a million times stronger than him. Mont D'or is just an idiot and she isn't

The flying six are just unruly guys. They were casually discussing killing queen last chapter.

King and queen are close in power both bicker with each other

Jack is below king and queen by a good amount due to him being scared of them
who's who and sasaki might be closer to jack around YC4 level and perospero highest veteran level

In the end Jack fearing King and queen because he knows their true power where as whos who and sasaki probably haven't seen how terrifying they are because they were not here with kaido 20 years ago during the war like queen and king were.

Flying Six doesn't get intimidated by King doesn't look good for King's hype...
Yep, they don't get intimidated at all by Queen too
But it is more understandable for 2 reasons
1. Queen acts way less serious and more carefree than how King so far.
King is more cold and scary
2. In general, Queen is ranked lower than King, so King is supposed to be stronger than Queen

But even Jack the Calamity (who > any Flying Six individually), who acted like no compromize bastard in Zou, acted like a total good boy in front of these two.
Probably Jack has witnessed the real strength of King and Queen himself and began to respect them, while those Flying Clowns haven't seen the real strength of King / Queen so acted like no respect punks.

or Jack promoted very recently given his age....this spoilers, if true, really hypes Jack more than King/Queen
