Fire isnt Kata weakness but Hot liquid (water tea etc... ) makes mochi less sticky

Red hawk is a single fire punch not constant.

If you by some miracle cook ...you know that constant heat is required to alter the properties of something.

In real-life maybe but in One Piece isn't famous for following the laws of physics to the letter and Katakuri's mochi has never shown any weakness to fire at all, he even has a fire attack.

WB tier endurance is tanking highly top tier lethal blows and Luffy is not there yet...besides Luffy will power and determination is definitely top tier....he wanted to learn FS at the cost of his life...

But mate, you are making your argument not better if we add fire on Kata's mochi. He proved several times that his mochi just works fine against fire based attacks, he even has a fire based technique by himself.

Yep because if OP was realistic Luffy wouldn't have been so immune to Enel's attacks and may have lost against him. The sheer heat generated by Enel's lightning would have burned or melted him.
