If admirals = Yonko then I think all of them will have it.

Oda would want to infuse haki attacks with logia, who else than Blackbeard or admirals, Crocodile wont strike me as someone who would do that, while admirals already showed barrier CoA and morphing around haki attacks using CoO similar to Kata.

This makes Vegapunk like THE most dangerous person in op. He can replicate Paramecia with some dna, no problem. Paramecia has the biggest range in terms of power. From jacket jacket to Op Op and Gura Gura. Imagine an army of Gura users or Op Op users. Imagine if Op Op gets cloned multiple times and is used to do the perennial youth surgery multiple times. I think the main reason you can't copy a logia is because logia people don't really transform into stuff, they are made of their element.
So there isn't a middle step vegapunk can use to figure how to replicate the power, while he can with zoan because of the hybrid form.
i would also say that logia can't probably awaken for the same reason. you can already manipulate stuff around you, and you don't transform. you are already at the top of the df chain

We know vast bulk of Luffy's powers comes from his Haki. Without Haki, his DF is just a troll power.
And am I remembering correctly, that Blackbeard 1) has multiple top tier fruits and 2) one of his fruit is able to cancel Luffy's DF, meaning Luffy will have to heavily rely on Haki?
