See the pattern? Re-read what i said. There are hundreds of millions in the Navy and out of those a handful of people are scum, now let's compare the percentage of the good hearted folks in comparison to the pirates. You'll quickly realise that the Navy are the good people here.

This is a story of a pirate that'll end up defeating the evil government, we're purposely shown the dark side of the WG and u guys interpret it as the entire organisation is Evil while we're not showing the terrible crimes of the fodder pirates around the globe because the MC's are heroes.
