Only reason Luffy went G5 is cos he likes fighting in G5, he feels free. But Lucci got shitstomped by an ACoC-less G5 Luffy.

G2/3 Luffy with ACoC would've stomped Lucci all the same. ACoC is an even greater power-up then G5 is, especially since Luffy didn't use any mid/high-end G5 attacks (we know that G5's strongest attacks imitate G4's spring mechanism).

Lucci is mid YC1 at best, below King and around Marco/Katakuri.

From the scans, looks like Lucci is not top tier. He's not even at Yc1 level. Same goes for Sentomaru as well.
Oda really has lost it. He decided to retcon what he drew in the previous chapter with a flashback which doesn't even fit. So basically Luffy didn't see the whole sequence of Sentomaru making a barrier and Lucci breaking it/going around it lol

The Sera are interesting though. Since they have personalities, would that mean they can use haki? I don't think so.

Uncle Kizaru is the only bright spark in this chapter lol.
