Dunno if Oda thought this out. He just wanted to replicate Hancock's feat as he replicated Kuma's and Mihawk's, without attention to that detail
Yeah the guy who is known to be a master planner and to make a lot of foreshadowing is drawing without putting attention to details…

Remember that Oda is friend with the Torino’s author and seems to have no issue with the Kenshin’s author conviction for possessing child porn.

He probably doesn't see it as a problem.

If needed he can come up with excuses to not cause any actual drama that can be any kind of attraction. It just needs to be a positive feeling towards the user...though doesn't explain the heart eyes.

There is no way in hell u dont notice this while drawing if u aint into that, like looking at it for 5 seconds will tell u how wrong it is, let alone drawing the page for 5 to 10 minutes....
