Mid mid tier (aka “Vet” level): Oven, Daifuku, Pica, Black Maria?, Who’s Who?

Low mid tier: Compote, Streusen, Page One?, Ulti?, Trebol, Diamante

He does not understand a lot of things.
Cavendish also got a 50 million increase by association with Luffy on Dressrosa just like every Strawhat except Sanji, his bounty was actually 280 million after killing citizens and Marines, below Luffy´s pre-TS bounty after 3 years.
But yep, Cavendish > Zoro since he got 10 million more
