Honnestly I would love to see a cyborg marine, who has been modified by Vepapunk and his team like Kuma and the Pacifistas but who retained his personnality and free will.

Those two are part of the new “weapons” designed by Vegapunk: the new weapons being cyborgs with enhanced abilities able to fulfill the role of the warlords. They both look like Kuma and Doflamingo respectively with the coat the same as Doffy’s and the cyborg-like design of the other guy. It’s not my theory btw, saw it on Thriller Bark
