Zoro dropped the BP fodder in 1033 and the fight was over in 1035. The island landed in 1049.

So he mastered CoC, adv CoC AND clapped King during 1-3 minutes of actual fighting time after dropping the BP fodders.

Oden didn't had ACOC in Wano coz he wasn't pushed enough to awaken it, it was during his voyage with Roger that he awakened it, and later it was confirmed that the attack he did on Kaido was imbued with COC coating.
