Hmm if anything we should be asking🤔 why is mihawks bounty so close to shanks? while only being a mere “subordinate”, no fleet, no territory, “just skill nd no conquerors haki” another question is does this make shanks look bad or does it make mihawks bounty pretty reasonable? Shanks is basically the greatest pirate alive, of course he would be highest active bounty. Also pretty obvious that he is the strongest guy around, at least for now, as pretty much BB and Luffy are set to supass him soon.


For Mihawk, he got a pretty high bounty, on pair with the other Emperors, but he is just a side character, would be nonsense to give him a bounty higher than the two other main Emperors.
