Perospero is around 50 years old.

Snack has an incredible bounty for his age and was promoted to sweet commander despite his age. To put it into perspective his bounty was higher than Jinbei, Don Chinjao, Tamago, Ace or any of the supernova including Luffy, Kidd and Law.

Perospero the eldest son probably was an original Commander of Big Mom but he isn't really a fighter type even if he can fight so he most likely took an adviser role voluntarily now that the family has enough strong young fighters.

Perospero is most likely equal to Jack as his win against Pedro and his defeat to Neko and Jacks defeat to Inu indicates. Jack is certainly above Snacks pay grade for the moment.
