General & Others Why did Oda Made Jimbei's bounty higher than Sanji?

He did it because:
A) He doesn't care about Sanji's bounty. Long as it indicates he's one of the top few fighters on the crew that's enough. Sanji's always been the lowkey one; we all know he's #3.
B) He was hyping the former Warlords. Jinbe is objectively more world-renowned than Sanji is and so it's not unusual for him to have a higher bounty.
C) For memes and #4 gags with Zoro.

He did not fight Shura (1% survival rate) in Skypiea. He fought the 7th-8th strongest ball guy and lost. Enel, Wyper, Ohm, Shura, Kamakiri, Yama, Satori/Braham.
Alabasta, Enies Lobby and Wano he fought the third strongest (Big Mom and Nico Robin excluded).
Thriller Bark only really had Moriah and Oars as enemies. Ryuma was more like a skirmish. Absalom an absolute joke that Sarquiss, Masira and Shoujou could defeat.

WCI - none
Whiskey Peak - none
Punk Hazard - defeated by #1

There is many reasons:
1.- Birthday dates.
2.- Sanji has always been fourth. Even when Sanji had a higher bounty than Zoro if we consider Jimbei as member.
And Jimbei has more history and feats proven his power level. Fought in Marineford and stalled Admirals, just as Sanji, Jimbei should also have an increase in his bounty after WCI where his feat is stalling Big Mom and her army, Jimbei is a former captain.

Of course bounties are made off ranks. As an All-Star Queen gets obviously a higher bounty than some newbie who had his bounty based on his own merits rather than that of Kaido. This is 0% of an argument of strength in this example.
But what is an argument is definitely Jinbei having a higher bounty than Sanji. And guess who fought WW and who fought Queen.

The ONLY special case was Hawkins, due to the fact that he barely joined them and couldn't have time to climb higher.
Anything aside from that is nothing more than delusion and wishful thinking.
