I know how this works in Japan but you don't need to use your IP to upload the news to the internet and get caught for this there are ways to avoid it like VPN etc.

He is going to be found either easily or dumbly. I mean Flying Six can go and bring him back in minutes so it will be pretty fast or he will bump in front of the alliance and Luffy in disguise brings him to Kaido XD.
ps. I wonder if Scabbards have that sort of knowledge I mean if they know about Kaido's son's existence.

One thing I noticed is that

• Waiters have no horns

• Pleasures have 1 pointed horn

• Gifters have 2 horns

• Headliners have 2 horns that are curved

Going by the above:

1. Headliners: Luffy, Zoro, Kidd
2. Gifters: Nami, Killer
3. Pleasures: Sanji, Chopper, Brooke, Heat
4. Waiters: Wire (PostTS he has always had those 5 horns. so it doesn't look like he has any new one)

now we can figure out who is fighting which rank of beast pirates when they all clash each other ( not that SHs main opponents will be headliners but it is good to know how everyone else does against them )
