Mihawk realistically has like a 30% chance at being the superior of the 2. Currently the best Mihawk can hope for being equal.

Mihawk fans honestly have deluded themselves into thinking. Shank lost his dominant sword arm, hasn't compensated for the lack of power at all. An randomly nobody since has been able to tell he's massively weaker.
