Kuzan kills Garp.
Law would sacrifice himself to do that Immortality Operation on Luffy, not sure whether this saga or the next.
BB as usual will fail to kill anyone at all.
Why would Law do that? He didn't do it in Wano, where it would have made a little sense. But he'll now find luffy or luffy finds him, then he kills himself for luffy? The perennial youth surgery was probably mentioned to foreshadow/explain imu.

It's a Chekhov's Gun which will be used again at some point.
Most likely on Luffy when he actually dies overusing his fruit or something and needs the Immortality Surgery to revive or some bullshit.

The Chekhov's gun will be fired when we learn that Imu is immortal. Luffy getting immortality is kinda against his themes of freedom and shit. He already "really died" in Wano. So using it again is shit writing even for Oda. Besides, the surgery is only perennial youth. It most likely won't be a revive

Maybe because Oda cannot kill characters.
But im pretty sure Garp and Kuzan are gonna face off.
He's his literal mentor and most likely BB took Coby to test Kuzan's loyalty by having him fight Garp.
Garp will let himself get killed by Kuzan to not mess up Kuzan's undercover mission, 100 chapters later we will find out Garp actually survived just like Saul
