It seems like when they go to their hybrid form, they become really big. The same thing happened with Ulti, Ulti is 5'8 yet when she goes to her hybrid form she grows even taller to the point where she can hold Nami with one hand.

Queen's height is 20'1, so he's already a huge man and his ancient zoan is one of the biggest zoans out there.

So him becoming really huge in his hybrid form isn't that surprising.

I don’t think judge will ever be truly redeemed. But, I think if oda uses him as a sacrifice play after he truly accepts Sanji and acknowledges that Sora was right, then I think he’d have a very solid redemption arc
