I always said Zoro defeated King without using his ultimate move. Doesn't mean he didn't struggle, but he didn't used his strongest attack
Likewise Kaku might not have used his strongest attack, but since he was using his strongest form he was going all out imo. Lucci also used awakening, but I don't think he was holding back just because we didn't see his ultimate move.

NGL i enjoyed just kuma panels more than Bonney. Vega could have explained it while talking to Kuma rather than trying push bonney down our throat this forcefully.
Hes not pushing her down your throat lol. When you write a story with characters present, you use them.

This shit with Bonney has been teased since Marineford. She's been trying to after Vegapunk since then.

You also are likely getting what you want, because if she touches that bubble, we likely are getting a bigger flashback for Kuma

Neither Zoro nor Kaku was going all out. Point is Oda made Zoro vs Kaku inconclusive, and had to use a plot device(Stussy) to put Kaku to sleep when in Luffy vs Lucci's case, he showed the big gap between them with Luffy effortlessly dodging Lucci's attacks(while sleeping in some panels) and being close to KO him with one of his attacks :kayneshrug:
He also showed Luffy using his strongest mode and FS to fight Lucci while Zoro seemingly used the same powers he had back in Dressrossa and still overpowered Kaku while Lucci had an actual equal clash with Luffy before he got overpowered eventually. The difference has been made pretty clear when Zoro overpowered Kaku's best form in base.:kayneshrug:

Pure facts:goyea:
As soon as we saw Akainu personally come to retreive Bonney post Marineford it shoukd have been enough for us to know that she's important.

Then the Reverie just added to the already existing evidence.
