The main character has been wearing these iron shoes all his life to train his feet and once he takes them off his kick is even stronger than before.

No it's really like Zoro trying to cut iron throughout east blue saga and then he finally learns it during the mr1 fight.

Sanji is going to try removing the shoes and since it's not possible in a normal way he has to learn how to heat up his flames to destroy the shoes .
When we leave egghead Sanji will have white flames akin to Luffy's Nika god clouds.
