What future movie do you hope for, if it could be Canon

I feel like the hope for OP Film Rocks is still strong. And of course thatd be the one i'd most like to see

Unfortunately it will not happend, cause no Luffy


But any ideas for movies?

Its something EOS stuff and I don't see mihawk actually ending up as an antagonist.

Mihawk vs Zoro movie will be Closing of open piece like Naruto movie the last.

Oda will introduce new non-canon antagonists and Strawhats will beat them per usual.

I mean, would it be cool to have a canon movie? Sure, but I feel like they'd have to be careful with what they would drop in it. I know Oda has said he doesn't want to force manga-only readers to go to the theater to watch a movie.

If hey made the Rocks battle into a movie, does that mean it would be skipped in the manga? Or would it be considerably shorter in the manga?

I think it'll be a non-canon movie with a few canon elements, like Stampede (Laugh Tale) and Film Red.

i think its just because the general Japanese audience recognizes Luffy like how we recognize Batman/SUperman

so they feel any movie surrounding him will be more successful than a move from his verse

Being at the point in the story where Oda needs to rush over several topics and offscreen a lot, I think new databooks with side information would be much more fruitful for the story
