I wouldn’t call this overhyped imo. This chapter is insanely hype and sets up the arc climax very well.

It's definitely a great chapter but at this stage a basic name reveal of a Gorosei is not really huge to me personally. It's great but we already expected that we'd get this stuff at this point.

Seems like a perfect powerscalling tier, but Weevil was mentioned before Mihawk, meaning if we include Weevil it would go like this:
Weevil>Mihawk > Doffy > Kuma > Boa > Law > Buggy

I miss the part where anyone but Mihawk has a greater bounty than Boa.

It's way too late to have the Straw Hats still getting negged by Admirals and what not.
I can see Mr Saturn ( props to people who get that reference ) pushing Luffy to mid or high diff if he's considerably above Kizaru and Akainu like his role suggests.
Kizaru pushing Zoro to high-extreme diff will also make sense, his Logia awakening could somewhat make up for the Haki gap.

Zoro beating Kizaru without a single black blade and ACoO? Without even accomplishing anything significant against a top tier first?

if the admirals get defeated logically the gorosei would need to step in to defend themselves and the other celestials in a war....
so the gorosei are also part of the wg's military power but the admirals are called the strongest
