Depends on what "all that" is for sure. For me he's a solid Top Tier like the other Admirals. Still not sold on Luffy being able to beat him. Need to see him fighting Kizaru first.

Nothing, only one statement of Kizaru that i value higher than the hype any other YC1 has received so far.

If that doesn't convince you you're free to put him at YC1 level. For me someone that's said to be a younger version of WB in strength [whatever that strength entails is unspecified] is definitely superior to a YC1 in my book.
