Possible, though unlikely. It was never stated that the Lunarians are taller than normal humans. We have many "normal" humans who're taller than King, unless he's short for a Lunarian but that would be too much speculation. I still think that it's more reasonable to say that Vegapunk added some gigantism into the Seraphim instead.

The point I'm making is that King's DNA is probably what's influencing the Seraphim's size. He's very tall compared to the original Shichibukai, except Kuma and Moria. If the Seraphim are growing larger than the originals, and it appears that they are, it's way more likely that him being that tall is why S-Hawk and S-Shark look taller than what they should be.
