Jinbe simply thanked S-Snake and S-Snake become emotional quickly and sweating based on a simple thank you.
Thats how emotinal these Seraphims are.
Zolo talked about S-Hawk's humanity which made S-Hawk emotional (if Jinbe thanking them can make the same then its natural) and made him sweat as well as Zolo surprising him suddenly when S-Hawk was focused on Lilith.
It has nothing to do with power (spoiler providers tricked everyone) because S-Hawk was holding back didn't even use mountain slash vs Zolo. And Zolo appeared out of no where to surprise S-Hawk before S-Hawk could accomplish his mission to take out Vegapunk before Vegapunk orders them to stop.
