Anyone notice that the 2nd Division Commanders are either the strongest or the ones with the most potential?

Oden- strongest Divison Commander when he was with the WBPs

Ace- Was weaker than at least Marco, but obviously would have quickly reached the top of the WBPs

Shiryu- Confirmed as BB’s RHM

Katakuri- Technically not a “2nd Division Commander,” but he is the “2nd son” of the BMPs

Bartolomeo- Is the strongest Division Commander in the SHGF

Only in the WBP/BBP

WBP made it that way and BBP copied a bit that organisation

In other crews it doesn’t work like that

You got some things confused here.
2 Division Commander, comes after the 1 Division Commander, who comes after the Captain.
Katakuri being the seconds strongest, would make him the 1 Division Commander, if BM had Divisions.
Same thing for Shiryu - btw. where was it confirmed that he is the RHM?

Shiryu is the #2 on BB crew. He was equal to megallan preskip. Most of BB couldn't even fight Ace lol

WBP ship doesn't work like that. Only Marco was the RHM but division leaders had no authority over the other. Shiryu was confirmed the #2 by Oda cause Oda knows he fighting 2nd strongest and #2 of SH
