it's just delusional to think that zolo or Sanji will the first to fight an admiral seriously before Luffy

Luffy will always be the first to take down a YC, Yonko, Admiral and its just the perks of being the MC of the show:cheers:

Sanji had a decent plotline towards the end, the Germa stuff is definitely continuing into greater Vegapunk stuff going forwards. But he spent the former half of the arc getting folded by Black Maria in the Pleasure House. Idk wtf Oda was thinking deliberately embarrassing him in that way

People can’t admit but Zolo saved the entirety shitty Wano arc. The only interesting Plotlines was Zolo's side quest and in Onigashima Zolo's legendary feats. Granted Luffy had crazy big moments, but they were followed up consistently mundane banter between him and Kaido on the fight, with a generic ‘bigger’ punch ending
Zolo had the most legendary moments that kept folks talking all throughout the Onigashima arc
