Is this xenophobia?

My words are clear that the comment was intentional and that I was just giving a reason for the black moderator named Van to have some legitimate reason to ban me.

No, we must look at the meanings the words have in many different cultures, gypsy here is something to be used as an exaltation, so in my cultural context I was exalting Lee. LOL

In your eyes I can be seen as a racist if this is limited to your interpretation and what "gypsy" means in your cultural context, but in my cultural context calling someone a gypsy is not a racist act, so we can say that I I misused the word "Gypsy" without understanding that it could hurt LEE deeply.
