I wouldn't say that much. Jinbei was a serious former warlord who only had his bounty lifted to 438 mil after he left, and Law's, after he beat Doffy with Luffy, was only lifted to 500 million.

I don't see their bounties shooting up that much for all of them considering that.

For some of them, I think it absolutely could, but I wouldn't say for all of them.
