I seriously don't understand what posseses Oda to do these things, is it a wink to the fandom, is he trolling the haters? Trolling the fans? Foreshadowing? Is the closest thing to a goat he though to draw was Carrot?

I think he just thought that this was funny.. (he was probably searching for a funny character munching on some stuff to recall Volume 24) and added Carrot to play on the running joke. But the funny thing is that it could give him the idea to actually do that again in the story.. if that's not already what he is planning to do like I proposed those last few days
