Egghead is a legimately good arc, reminds me a lot of Zou. Uses an old enemy to introduce cool new enemies, lots of lore.

25-30 chapters is Oda's sweetspot for an arc. That's what I'm hoping for Elbaf, maybe 35-40 if a lot of other characters show up.

Thankfully, we already know a lot of Giants, so the intros in Elbaf should be fast.

I would love to watch One Piece with kids, just to see their reactions.

When I was a kid, I LOVED the 4-Kids dub, since I was dumb and didn't know how fucked up it was.

I miss being dumb and just enjoying series, rather than writing essays on lost drunk swordsman murdering dragons.

Honestly egghead is giving me strong pre ts vibes. Solid sense of exploration and wonder while also building the lore of the world with the straw hats at the focus

Actually, this something I like in any manga and am happy when it happens in OP - smart fighting, that's why I simp Stussy for nakama, she took out Kaku and Lucci in less than a minute, that's some cool feat!

Also you are what you think, so I try to find something positive even when everything goes to shit, and if anything, life does make a tendency to make me appreciate small things. Like we have mostly restored our critical infrastructure and I have the electricity 24/7, it's a BLISS after so many weeks of darkness. I went out with a friend today, we drank some cocktails, and there wasn't a single air alarm in the evening. So yeah, even if the world around goes mad, but there still are good things in your life, you'd better stop for a moment and think of how lucky you are to have those.

One of the reasons I made this thread tbh, I like memes and shitposting as much as the next fella, but I still want to look for something good in OP, after all even Wano arc that I disliked so much had its moments - Roof Piece 5 vs 2 was cool, for example.

Edit: for those who don't know, I live in Ukraine, and you all know what's going on there.

I hope you get better! Health problems are the ones that can bring down anyone, and it's extremely hard to stay positive if you constantly hurt on physical level. Wish you can feel better soon:pepemwai:
