@mly90 @L55 What did I tell you the King part looks so lazy done. It doesn't feel as "agressively" or "dynamic" as it's supposed to be. Stretched out scenes, could have even added some decent filler to extend it for the episode. 17 minute of stretched, lazy scenes. Imperial archer on initial looked cool but then again failed to add that extra ompf to it. At least they didn't shit auras on this episode tho, that's the positive I got from that.

Next episode probably won't be anything too special, but it will probably have greater involvement from Tu Yong Ce.

Its not going to be that long. Its more that its directly after "big" episodes.

Last episode was a pretty massive episode where tons of the staff spent a lot of their time and effort focusing on it, so we probably won't get one as consistently good as that for a while.

Same stuff happened after 1015 and 1017(1016 and 1018 were significantly weaker, though I'd say this episode was a lot stronger than 1018 at least).

We'll definitely have some nice stuff coming up though, even if the episode as a whole isn't a complete banger.

There's only one character getting negged. This episode confirmed that Lanji already had his Judge dlc exoskeleton active (+ the rest of the handouts) and Queen is still going to crush him like a bitch.

mid episode... skip half of it. Zoro vs King could be better but was the highlight of the episode. For example, I would've liked, us the viewer, to see how far Zoro was knocked back before Franky caught him.

Yeah, thats always going to be the case sadly. There is greater quality control I think. Despite this being a lower priority episode we still had at least one really well animated scene(the first moments of Zoro vs King this episode were excellent, even though it was a filler scene).

Both were shit

They really butchered it King was so intimidating in the manga his epic terminator walk didn't give off nearly same feeling not sure if the animators even read those chapters. King hybrid also looked a lot better in the manga overall really disappointing episode imo
