I've kinda settled into the idea of Kanki dying this arc. Riboku needs a high profile kill after all the Ls he's had recently. He'd lose all credibility if he let someone he has right in his clutches escape after planning 6 whole months lol.

Really good chapter this one. Don’t really know why Hara is cutting Naki off Hi Shin unit. They didn’t get a lot of attention since joining so not a big deal.
Shin and Mouten disengaging at the same time is really emphasized by Hara it seems. Glad Mouten is not going in blindly to save Kanki.

Kokuou Kanki dialogue wasn’t that great. We finally got to know about her true intentions from her own mouth. Kanki’s army is finished….

Ko Kou asking the real question.. Naki leaving HsU to be with his dying boss is totally understandable. Luffy pulled the same thing when he decided to save Ace over meeting up with his friends.
Maybe Naki and Mouten can pull something up and help Kanki escape..
