Kaku made it to CP0 at much younger age than Lucci

It can't be any more apparent that Kaku's growth rate is faster.

So acting like they have same dynamic as pre time skip is flat out stupid.
Lucci was literally a leader of CP9

Both Lucci and Kaku are members of CP0 with same authority

Faster Growth rate doesnt make you equal now does it? Its like saying Koby has the fastest growth rate of any marine therefore he is now equal to higher echelon VAs.

I think so. They re strong, just not top tier level.

Luffy even younger than Kid and on the seas less time but has much bigger force .
