Like Oda didnt even let Luffy and Zoro beat them, he used a sneaky way to get rid of their threat. And now they are fighting alongside them as "equals" (not saying they are equal).

Kaku and Lucci are top tier in my Book.

Only loose to Admiral and Yonko.

Zoro ans Luffy Beat them through if serious even in a 1 vs 2.

You're really fucking dumb if you think the titles mean nothing when experienced marines are beefing up Mihawk and calling him the WSS ( to the point where they make him a Warlord for his strength and he says he COULD be an Emperor, but doesn't want to be one ) even after Aramaki and Issho join the Marines.

‘If Kidd have advanced coc against shanks , it mean current Kidd is stronger than wano Kidd version that fought big mom.
Now if Kidd fight shanks and look good which he might lose and grow stronger and fought admiral , gorsei , or Kong . Then logically Kidd enemy is stronger than big mom at least

The Gorosei mentioned how big of a loss Aokiji's strength was to the Navy but not a single relevant soul in the ENTIRE Government thought "maybe it ain't such a good idea to let a Yonko level fighter that's willing to stick around go....for some toys" like not a single soul raised any concern whatsoever.

The closest we got is Akainu saying he was against it but that was a general statement and not Mihawk specific. Hell, they send a stronger force for Weevil.
