Awakening, Speed, Better Haki, and even if his AP isn't that great it would still hurt Queen.
Queen may have great durability but that doesn't mean he is invincible or can't feel pain.
Most normal people knows that Katakuri can take on Queen and defeat him, only Sanji wankers like you or people who are Katakuri haters think otherwise.
Queen only has a higher bounty than Katakuri because he likes to kill and because he is a former member of MADS, him being under Kaido is also another reason.
If you can admit that Jinbe is stronger than Sanji due to bounty, then I'll do the same for Queen and Katakuri.

how would Post Wano Kid beating a Y1C hype him? An why on earth would he need ACoC, he’s already powered up significantly since his fight with beckman(awakening)
Also how would shank then beating kid hype him? Shank already generally assumed stronger then kid, in or out of canon. Hell he’s placed above everybody barring (mihawk/Akainu/Kaido) in the community.
People need to start paying attention to the obvious. Mid gen vs new gen battle near EoS an easy call.

Basically Shanks wants to copy what King did in act 1 of Wano: preventing an enemy to enter their territory.
Except there are 2 minor differences:
1. King did it alone, while Shanks needed the crew and his giants.
2. What King faced was a real Yonko, while what Shanks is facing is a Yonko wannabe.
Who knows there might be another difference, and a big one. King succeeded while who knows what will happen to Shanks, his crew and his giants.
