I fear that that fight gona be 1 straight way for Shanks

It won't be. Kid is a 3 billion berry pirate and a rival of Luffy's. He overhypes himself thinking that he can beat Shanks, but he isn't entirely wrong to be confident in his abilities.

My guess is, Kid will use assign to create magnetic poles, making it difficult for Shanks to control his sword. I'm sure that Shanks can counter this with enough haki, but when Kid does it the first time, he will probably catch Shanks by surprise and allow him to land a hit.

Law also got a haki boost since wano, so I don't think it would entirely unreasonable for Kid to have low level ACoC. Like Yamato tier haki. I think he'll probably show that off as well. After all, given how last time he needed Law's help to beat an emperor, I feel like he needs to have gotten at least a bit stronger since wano if he thinks he can beat Shanks.

Law only looked good cause hé clashed for some time with Gura if Reach used his Dark fruit from the get Go Law would be dead.

Also unlike Law and Kidd Luffy and Zoro realy faced the hardest diffficulty against the Yonko.

Luffy got defeated at least 4 Time and killed one Time, mainwhile Zoro almost die to Hakkai twice the strenght of a Yonko

Like Kid was overconfident on the rooftop as well. He thought he could beat BM 1v1, obviously he couldn't. However, he did have something up his sleeve that allowed him to fight BM. That being awakening.

So I think if he now thinks he can beat Shanks, despite just recently needing Law's help for Big Mom, he has to have gotten a bit stronger. That's what I'm excited to see.

Either he'll show off new awakened techniques, or ACoC, or something else. But it will definitely be hype imo.

in one piece dueability stacks. We’ve been shown outright through Vinsmokes who have both exoskeletons and Raid Suits.

If the durability didn’t stack would their be any point two having an exoskeleton?

Why not keep the same energy with Teach? Is he not in the same gen as Shanks and also part of the so called "Old Gen"?
