After this ep and the rest of the fight I think it’s clear that even though the germa exoskeleton fixes the bones the damage is still felt, which is why Sanji’s stamina is so drained later on.
Good to see screentime for the GOAT this episode. Sanji and Queen was cool too I guess. Although I didn't find the Queen moment
as funny as I did in the manga, maybe they stretched it too long for the punchline.
I didn't notice any difference un his voice where I saw it. Maybe it was something on your end or maybe the VA decided to make subtle changes to his voice this episode because of the changes the character is going through.
