You get any Devil Fruit Ability of your choosing already Awakened and the potential to eat two more fruits and live + basic Observation Haki (No chance to unlock Conquerors Haki or advanced Haki)

Someone with basic applications of haki can technically have equal or stronger haki than those who know advantage techniques
Best example being marigold and kiku obviously having weaker haki but better application

If both hypothetical characters have equal overall haki in genre quality and quantity then the one with 3 fruits is definitely a lot stronger.

Like if there's 2 luffy's

1. Without his fruit and the option between having to pick between future sight or armament barrier/penetration
   • I guess conquerors coating too but imo thats just applying advanced armament techniques to conquerors
2. Without the advanced forms of haki but with haki nonetheless able to eat 2 other devil fruits
   • With no restriction as to how strong the devil fruit can be

We would be fodder in the New World?
Haki can even counter Devilfruit effects ,as shown with Law fighting of Doc Q‘s disease .
Or Law not being able to Shamble BM or Kaido because their Haki was too strong .
