Was he born human really? It is a fact that his powers were dormant.
Raid suit gave him Exo Skeleton is a fact.
All siblings have an element.
So we have Oda saying "It was a mystery, but now it makes sense"
So, going by those words. What was a secret? From where did his fire come from?
Sanji woke his power from Germa is the only answer, no one can create fire from nothing and this stupid idea of using passion is hilarious. No human can do it with passion, Oda gives explanation for everything.

What im precisely wanting to talk about is:
"His latent power of science manifested in the wake of his fight due to the raid suit, which already gave him an abnormal resistance to heat in the past"
That line seems ambiguous, because we can't tell if Oda is talking about the Raid Suit's fire resistance or that Sanji already had some fire resistance within his body, and in that last case, all of his siblings would have that as well by default.
But that idea is contradicted by literally everything else so far:
First off: Sanji was born as a failure for Germa's standards, a normal human. His genes only awakened in Onigashima due to the Raid Suit usage.
The Raid Suit has already been showed as flameproof:
Germa is also extremely dependant on their Raid Suits in battle:
Oda already kinda explained us why Sanji can endure so much heat
Sanji never used Diable Jambe in the Raid Suit. Although im more sure that this is because it was never his intent to use the Raid Suit to fight seriously at all:
The way Sanji's flames work is deeply tied to his emotions, anger/hatred specifically (fits what Oda said before in the SBS, mentioned above):
Sanji himself has shown to be aware of that:
Sanji's Color of Armament has always been important for him to be able to endure his flames and increase it's output eventually. The combination of his Exoskeleton and CoA are what made Ifrit Jambe an actual thing.
Judge also never reacted or mentioned the fact Sanji could light himself on fire, even tho Sanji was a failure. Which shows us Judge had no idea of what it could be, since in this case he would not be able to explain such thing, and he was sure Sanji was the failure of Germa, according to Judge's own standards obviously:
So all that said, it's seems a little bit confuse in my opinion. Maybe a better and more accurate translation of the SBS could clear this up, or it could be just Oda's mistake at making everything clear to us, without contradictions (which is pretty difficult considering Oda's lazyness sometimes)

This part is a translation error or something like that, you can check with Eten. Sbs just said that Sanji had mysterious resistance to fire before the awakening of science. Oda does not conclude by saying that this power now “makes sense” in the original text

Bro, which part didn't you understand that Sanji was born as a normal human, who ONLY awakened the "science" on his body in Wano through the use of the Raid Suit? Oda said this twice when he answered the question
Oda didn't said it comes from his genes, because they weren't a thing on Sanji until Wano and the Raid Suit. Oda hinted Sanji already had some kind of fire resistance and told us to "look over for him in the future".

His fire literally comes from his emotions. You know, the one thing Germa enhancements are supposed to stop. Yet you think Judge decided to give him fire based on emotions…
Oda highlighted that because it’s something sanjis had long before his exoskeleton awakened because it’s not related to Germa. Like read the SBS…

This one makes 0 sense because Oda is basically contradicting himself in the same sentence.
"Sanji was born as a normal human (implied 2x)" ----> "He ONLY awakened the science in his body through the raid suit during his fight
