Peros is like a YC2/ YC3 level of power, it's like if Carrot solo'ed Jack. I think Carrot is pretty strong, at least 300-400B "power wise" or half of a YC, but that would be like some youtuber said, bigger feats than Jimbei.

Though honestly the important thing here is that she saved Marco's life and stalled Perospero so that he didn't do as much damage to the alliance on the live floor as he could have.
Winning would've been better of course but think about the state of the alliance if Marco dies early in the raid and both Perospero and Big Mom went inside unimpeded.
Between that and the ice oni virus going out of control without Marco's flames means an absolute massacre.
We see this when Neko instantly wins after he gets Sulong back

Against Jake Carrot wouldn't have a chance, but I don't think Peros is on Jack's level. He is just very problematic with his candy. But get rid of it and you get a chance.

Pedro did what needed to be done. Without Pedro, Luffy and company don't escape WCI. New main character henceforth. But that didn't happen. Pedro knew his assignment. Gear 5 Luffy awakening becomes possible. Luffy knows that. And with knowing that knows without Pedro's sacrifice means no Luffy the Pirate King.
Pedro wanted to get the Road Ponegylphs with the Nox Pirates. A 382,000,000 bounty shows a certain threat level to the World Government. It is possible Pedro knows/knew information about the last Road Poneglyph as it was his mission to find the Road Poneglyphs. After all, Pedro asked Luffy what he would do after Wano back in WCI. It brings up the question, did/does Pedro know what Luffy should do or should go to for the last Road Poneglyph?
If Pedro does know, it is possible for Pedro to be the eyepatch character Oda wants to write. He already gave up an eye for survival. Previously escaped an explosion were BMP thought him dead. Pedro's "death" is in the same explosion realm as Pell's "death". Pound was "dead" in Tottoland but then appears in a cover story. Back to back cover stories origin came from Tottoland. Pekoms and Pedro in the next cover story may be a possibility. It may be too early for a Wano cover story. That will probably happen in Elbaf.
